All of our staff are trained to a minimum Level 3 in childcare, offering unrivalled care and knowledge in development.
Our Staff
Libby has worked at St Aidan's Preschool since September 2005, quickly getting promoted to manager in 2006. Libby has recieved a foundation degree in Early Years Care and Education from Leeds University. She always strives for the best and is regularly gaining more qualifications.
Libby has now started her own family and is the proud mother of a girl and her younger brother. This (as you can imagine) keeps her very busy and constantly 'on-the-go', especially with a full-time job here at Preschool.
Libby says, "I am committed to promoting and and building the preschool into a friendly environment where children can learn, develop and play.

Dianne has worked a St Aidan's Preschool since 2003 working her way up to Deputy Manager and SENCO. Prior to that she did two years voluntary as a

parent helper whilst her own little girl attended. Dianne has two children of her own, a boy and a girl. Whilst helping out at St Aidan's she discovered she loved working with young children, seeing them develop and helping them along the way and had a natural talent and understanding of children.
Dianne says; "I find it the most satisfying and rewarding job I have ever done, each child is unique!"
Sam is the chair of our parent-run committee and works in conjunction with Libby and Dianne with regard to fundrasing, planning, policy and procedures. Before having her own three children, Sam was a supervisor at a day nursery. She can often be found helping at preschool as she says, "it allows me to support and see what both the staff and children do.''

Yvonne Wiles. Yvonne has worked at St Aidan's for over ten years and has two boys of her own.
Sarah Wood. Sarah has worked with us for over seven years, with two children of hr own.
Marrissa Cooke. Marrissa has been at St aidan's for over five years starting as a parent helper, she has three children of her own; one girl and two boys.
Leanne Denton. Leanne has worked in childcare since leaving school she has been both a childminder and worked in day nurseries. She has worked with us for over five years and has two girls of her own.
Sarah Smith. Sarah is the latest addition to the team having recently gained level 3 NVQ in childcare. She is a mum to five girls.
